One of our unique initiatives, is our partnerships that we will be creating with various specialty saddlery and horse equipment suppliers and manufacturers, who provide both standard and most importantly, custom made gear.
Normally, if you were wanting a bridle custom made to your horses measurements, you would simply search the internet for a bridle maker who specialises in custom made bridles, and place an order directly with them. Then you might decide you need a ribbon show browband to go with your new bridle - which involves finding yet another website for a browband maker, and placing a second order directly with that business.
If you are looking for a complete show outfit - you could well end up placing 5 different orders or more through 5 or more different specialty businesses, for each individual item you require. This is time consuming, and often a frustrating process.
So what if you could find all of these specialty custom made products, from all of your favourite brands and suppliers, right here in one place. You wouldn't spend hours on Google searching the internet, you could simply log on to One Stop Horse Shop, get access to the products you need, and place one single order with one payment. Sound good?
How it works
One Stop Horse Shop will be setting up as many partnerships as possible, with specialty equestrian gear suppliers and manufacturers. They list their custom products on One Stop Horse Shop, with each listing giving you (the customer) the ability to enter in your order preferences and requirements. So you might choose the colours in a show browband, or enter in the custom measurements for a bridle.
Once you have completed your purchases, you check out using our easy checkout process, and make one single payment to One Stop Horse Shop. One Stop Horse Shop then processes your custom orders, passes on your order details to each individual supplier, along with their payment. The individual supplier then produces your order to the specifications you supplied, and mails it out directly to you. Should the supplier have any queries about your order, they will be able to contact you directly when needed.
This may mean if you are ordering multiple items, that some of your items are not always delivered at the same time, as they could be coming from different locations, but we do keep customers in the loop as to how their order is progressing.
Please rest assured, that none of your payment details can be shared (if paying by credit card Paypal processes your payment securely, and we have no access to your details). Your contact details will also not be allowed to be used for advertising purposes by any company, without your consent.
Why are we doing this?
One Stop Horse Shop recognises that there are many brilliant specialty horse equipment suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in the form of small businesses, in Australia. We aim to support these small businesses, and recognise that they are the experts in their field.
We aim to bring all these suppliers together in one place, to make online horse shopping more simple and convenient for customers, as well as providing our chosen partner companies with more exposure for their products.
