And we are off - and building!
It's amazing what a difference one week can make! Last week our building began to take shape with the construction of our basic shop shell. We now have walls and a roof!
It was rather exciting for us, driving past and watching the progress. Oliver has possibly been the most excited of all, demanding we stop to watch the cranes and activity. Nothing quite trumps the enthusiasm of a four year old boy when it comes to watching trucks and power tools!
It is an impressive sight to behold, with plenty of room for saddlery and clothing at the front, and stock feed and supplements at the back. As you can see, we have nothing on the front yet - this will hopefully come next! We have a great shop front going in, plus some internal structures, then a whole heap of plastering, painting, electricals, plumbing and landscaping before we will be ready to open.
In the meantime, whilst we watch our magnificent shop taking shape, the team is hard at work behind the scenes sourcing new products. We have some great new gear from Horze in the 'specials' section, all currently at 10% off, which are well worth a look.
